Seeing all this stuff online about Thanksgiving/Christmas in New York makes me nostalgic for last year when I had such an awesome time over there. And then yesterday I got an email from Tavern on the Green, which is this beautiful restaurant in Central Park. Antoinette and I went for a meal there on our last two trips.

Anyway, it's closing on December 31st and this makes me really sad. Ridiculously sad, really, considering I've only been there twice and it's not exactly somewhere I can pop in to any time I feel like it, but still, I admit it, I got a little teary reading that email! I think I'll feel a bit sad every time I watch Ghostbusters now...

Susanne emailed me this yesterday. It has to be said, it's kind of awesome.

Because this is too cute not to keep.

Woah, Heroes - too many recognisable guest stars! Jackie from Veronica Mars (still annoying), Simone from Pushing Daisies, Ernie Hudson...

And finally, an awesome, old school episode of HIMYM to make me love it again. And good timing too, with 30 Rock back this week.
